The Vibert Reserve Pavilion formed part of a community generated Masterplan to develop facilities for Shepparton southern growth corridor. The pavilion was the first stage of a three stage building program to provide multi-purpose community spaces and sporting change rooms to support redeveloped cricket, soccer, tennis and junior football sporting facilities.

The pavilion is designed to allow views to three surrounding ovals from the multi-purpose room. Operable windows maximise the opportunity for natural light and passive cooling via cross ventilation to the change rooms and multi-purpose rooms. The building rainwater is harvested and used for toilet flushing. Steel frames support removable sunshades and roller shutters secure the building while not in use.
