New built, three-storey building spanning 5,000 m² for Chisholm Institute's Berwick Campus. The Berwick Trade Careers Centre [BTCC], the first of its type in Victoria, houses a unique delivery model, where traditional trades such carpentry, builders, plumbers and electricians work together in the one floor space, as well as in state-of-the-art training rooms within the three level complex, simulating real work situations, where multiple trades work on a project together. Facility also includes cutting edge hair and beauty salons, training spaces, and flexible teaching spaces.
